Prior to immigrating to Canada in 1997, Hui graduated at Kunming Medical College at 1982. She was an attending physician at the Second Hospital of the Kunming Medical College (China) from 1983-1995. During her tenure of 12 years in China, Hui was extensively involved in clinical work; she was sought out as a lecturer and was involved as well in research work. In 2001, Hui opened up her own acupuncture clinic in Barrhaven, serving the Nepean and the greater Ottawa area.

Hui practices Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which is a holistic system of healing based on techniques such as acupuncture and the use of natural herbal medicines. As a healer, Hui prides herself on providing holistic, natural treatments of the highest quality. Word of Hui’s healing skills have spread! In fact, most of Hui’s new patients are referrals from previous patients.
